The Night Mother’s Agents, the COUNCIL OF THE DARK BROTHERHOOD. ASTRID  leads the assassins, ably assisted by FESTUS KREX, who has a spell for every occasion. NAZIR  and GABRIELLA strike from the dark, whilst BABETTE the Vampire uses her child-like appearance to confound her victims. Finally, there is VEZEERA, the last Shadowscale.
